This study was conducted to explore and comprehensively understand the lived experiences of student-athletes at Bacolod Trinity Christian School. This study used a phenomenological research design with a semi-structured interview to collect data. The Participants of this study included six high school student-athletes from Bacolod Trinity Christian School who were chosen using non- probability purposive sampling. During the interviews, the participants were asked to answer a series of questions, enabling them to discuss and explain their viewpoints regarding the subject of the study. Based on the interviews, the researchers transcribed the recordings and then analyzed the data by sorting and categorizing them into distinct codes, categories and concepts. The study's findings reveal that: (1) Student-athletes often stay up late at night to do schoolwork due to their sports. (2) Supportive parents play an essential role in shaping the way of life of a student-athlete. (3) Student-athletes, because of their sports, face more stress than the regular student. (4) Wise time management is essential in balancing all their responsibilities. (5) Student-athletes often face various experiences that would help their overall growth.
